Design and Configuration

The conveyor is equipped with a modular belt featuring cleats or flights to secure the product during elevation. The standard configuration consists of three sections:

• Lower horizontal infeed section

• Inclined conveying section

• Upper horizontal discharge and drive section

Inclination angles and section lengths are adapted to product characteristics, throughput requirements, and installation constraints to ensure gentle handling and reliable transport.
